Indian firms merge to create 100-lawyer practice

Delhi and Bangalore-based Singhania & Partners has merged with Mumbai-based Rajani Associates to create the 20-partner national firm of Rajani, Singhania & Partners.

Singhania, now 14 years old, is known for its IP, infrastructure and litigation practices, while Rajani, also 14 years old, has a reputation for litigation, M&A and banking. In a statement quoted on VCCircle, the new firm said: 'Through our combined expertise and extended reach, we aim to increase our foot print in new jurisdictions and practice areas; and unlock business opportunities propelling business growth.'
