Leading outsourcer Integreon has expanded its global delivery centre in London. The company, which provides outsourced legal, document, business and research support, has moved to larger premises in the City of London to meet increased demand in the UK for outsourced legal and business solutions, particularly managed document review.  'Since the opening of our first London office in 2004, we have seen substantial business growth, especially among multi-nationals and other large organisations with operations in the UK. To keep pace with the scale and complexity of our clients’ needs, we have invested in an improved facility that we believe our clients will appreciate and one that our Associates will be proud of,' said Bob Gogel, CEO, Integreon. 'The investment in this facility demonstrates our continuing commitment to providing best-in-class service and support for our law firm and corporate clients.'

Collaboration

With price and added efficiencies being the top reasons why legal departments value outsourcing, according to the latest GC Excellence Report 2015, the Integreon new office is designed to maximise collaboration and productivity and will offer an expanded global delivery centre offering a 50 percent increase in seating capacity for managed document review, with a total of 100 seats, as well as other upgraded legal and business support capabilities.  Its open concept design will facilitate greater collaboration among Integreon Associates for enhanced productivity and client support – including services for many of the top UK law firms which use Integreon to help improve spend management and quality control through legal services outsourcing.

Award-winning

The Integreon London office is a key element of the firm’s global network of service centres which provide support for disclosure (discovery) and document review, contract management and review, administrative support as well as a number of other services. The company employs 2,200 Associates globally who support more than 250 clients in areas such as market and competitive intelligence, discovery, legal process outsourcing (LPO), operating model transformation and back office redesign and has won 40 industry awards in the last five years.  Integreon also offers business support services such as IT, document processing, finance and HR and has 12 delivery centres across the US, UK, India, China, Philippines and South Africa.  The new London office is located near Tower Hill at 2 Thomas More Square, E1W 1YN.
