Lawyers make Silicon Valley 'top 40 under 40' list

Lawyers are well-represented in the new annual listing will be revealed in full on Friday, taking four of the 40 places.

Linda Taaffe, one of the editors of the Business Journal which presides over the awards, said: 'Some of the sharpest legal minds impacting the world are under 40 — and from Silicon Valley. These standouts are the ones challenging civil rights issues, changing patent laws and playing a pivotal role in compliance and anti-corruption standards'. They include a lawyer from DLA Piper.
