Outsourcing: a gamechanger Graya

Both private practice and in-house Lawyer need to reassess the legal services delivery model and make fundamental changes if they are to reap the benefits of innovation.Huron managing director Julia Chain says she is ‘underwhelmed’ by many of the current outsourcing projects in the legal marketplace which make savings but are not truly innovative.
Speaking at ‘The Outsourcing Gamechanger’ held in association with Scottish Development International (SDI), she said that a proper change management programme could reap much bigger rewards that those being currently achieved by outsourcing. Research released by SDI revealed a high level of satisfaction with outsourcing experiences by both law firms and legal departments.
