Lawyers pay the top UK salaries to graduates
With graduate salaries going down by 12 per cent in six years, the best-paying careers - those in law firms - are becoming more sought-after.

Graduates going into the law, however, are still averaging about £36,000 a year - while few other graduates get a salary which goes above £30,000. In fact, about 36 per cent of new graduates are still working in lower-skilled jobs. In 2001, only 27 per cent of fresh graduates had non-graduate jobs. Source: The Daily Telegraph.
