Legal head at Thomson Reuters to leave at year-end

Mike Suchsland, president of Thomson Reuters Legal, is one of three senior executives leaving the global media company on 31 December.

Mr Suchsland will be leaving the New York-based company after two years in the post and about 15 years with the company. A statement from the organisation said that he and the other two would be 'transitioning' out by the end of the month. The company has recently announced 3,000 job losses worldwide in order to improve financial performance. 'The company…has struggled with competition and amid cutbacks at law firms,' according to the Star Tribune.
