The publishers have voluntarily agreed to accept the request from the Florida state's attorney general, Pam Bondi, that they change their practices on automatic subscription renewals and the delivering of materials that have not been specifically asked for. The attorney general argued that the publishers had not complied with the Unfair Trade Practices Act of the state when they sent out the compact disks and other materials. Source: ABA Journal
