Legora and US firm Intapp have formed a strategic partnership, in a move that will connect the Swedish legaltech giant's platform with Intapp's AI compliance capabilities.
In a joint statement the companies said the partnership would "establish a foundation for joint agentic innovation spanning the business and practice of law".
The partnership matches the integration deal agreed between Legora’s main legaltech rival, Harvey, and Intapp Walls earlier this year.
It will focus on three areas. Legora will integrate with Intapp Walls for AI so that AI-powered legal work on its platform will conform to a firm’s confidentiality and regulatory requirements, meaning every workflow on Legora will run within the access controls defined under Intapp's compliance framework.
It will also integrate with time-entry software tool Intapp Time, so that usage data from work done in Legora will be automatically captured and time entries generated in Intapp Time.
Finally, the companies will work together to develop native agentic workflows that combine the capabilities of the Legora Agent with Celeste, Intapp’s "AI coworker" for the business side of a law firm. An initial version will allow mutual customers to use Celeste capabilities within Legora, and vice versa.

Earlier this month, Legora announced an integration agreement with content management intelligence provider Box, to allow shared clients to browse and select relevant documents stored in Box from inside Legora, where they can be applied to routine tasks such as legal analysis.
In July, the company also acquired UK AI litigation intelligence start-up Wexler, its fifth acquisition since March this year.
Meanwhile earlier this month, Harvey formed a partnership with UK-based AI legal drafting platform Avvoka, enabling legal teams to draft from their own firm’s bespoke templates that are powered by Avvoka within Harvey’s AI platform.
This followed the release of its next generation platform Harvey II, which brings together four main features including AI lawyer personalisation tool Memory.
