Linklaters sets up second Asian disputes hub in Singapore
Linklaters is relocating Hong Kong disputes partner Jelita Pandjaitan to start a litigation and arbitration practice in Singapore.
She makes the move on Monday, becoming the ten partner in the Singapore office but the first to offer litigation there. Singapore is launching its International Mediation Centre. The Singapore International Arbitration Centre has been seen as a major success. Source: Legal Week
