Hundreds of protestors stood picketing outside of the Senate building on Tuesday. Carlos Brito, a member of the Network in Defense of Digital Rights, said: ‘Maintaining neutrality on what goes on the Internet has allowed it to become what it is today.’ The law’s purpose would be to catch and reduce the amount of illegal activities on the Internet, such as child pornography.
