Mishcon de Reya has confirmed that all 11 of its qualifying trainees for the autumn round have been offered and subsequently accepted NQ contracts with the firm. The full-marks result is a significant improvement on the 85 per cent retention rate posted by the firm in the autumn round last year, when the firm kept on 11 out of a total pool of 13. Mishcon de Reya, which specializes in media and private client work, offers around 15 training contracts per year and does not publicly disclose its pay scale for junior lawyers.
