Mr Allison is a member of BLM’s executive board and has headed the firm’s healthcare department for almost 20 years. He will step into the role of managing partner on 1 December for an initial three-year term, replacing former managing partner Andrew Relton whose term recently ended. Atop Mr Allison’s agenda as firm boss will be implementing a strategy and business improvement program that has promised to cut 21 jobs from the firm’s office in Leeds ahead of relocating to smaller premises.
