Elizabeth Duffy of Acritas said that being a large Toronto firm is not enough anymore: 'Clients really want to work with a firm that they feel reflects their culture, their diversity, their aspirations, and their personality and their business ethos as well. So it’s a lot more complex and complicated now.'
