Partner profits fall at Clifford Chance as results shrink back from peak

Despite the falls, the results are still the firm's second best set of figures ever - with turnover posted at £1.35b. Results were quite different in different parts of the world. Growth in turnover was seven per cent in the Asia Pacific region, but only one per cent in continental Europe. In the UK and North and South America, growth was recorded at two per cent.
