Standard & Poor has issued a new credit rating analysis of law schools which saw one fall to junk bond status.
The rating agency, which rates 123 of the American Bar Association’s accredited law schools, found deteriorating enrolment is hitting hard.The report says the strong have become stronger or remained stable whilst the weak became weaker. The Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego has a B+ rating with a negative outlook. Source: ABA Journal
