RHTLaw, the Singapore member of Taylor Wessing, is planning to make formal announcements about the plan within months. The first step is expected to be the formalisation of its relationship with local law firms in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. After that, the aim is to cover the whole of south east Asia. 'It takes a while for things to stabilised and for our regional partners to choose which firms to work with,' RHTLaw's managing partner Tan Chong Huat told The Lawyer. 'But it’s now a good time to consolidate our regional relationships.' RHTLaw now has 25 partners and 45 other lawyers.
