Tilleke & Gibbins to expand into Cambodia

Bangkok-based Tilleke & Gibbins is planning to expand its operations to Cambodia in July. The firm will focus on intellectual property following the country's recent accession to the Madrid Protocol. It comes at a time when the Cambodian bar is clamping down on foreign firms providing services without being members of the local bar association. However, spokesperson Andrew Stoutley said that the firm would collaborate with licensed Cambodian lawyers when necessary. Source: Phnom Penh Post
