Law firm HCB is connecting with Hatch corporate finance specialists through a 51% share purchase in Hatch by Mike Gahan, HDB’s chief executive. Hatch is to be renamed as HCB Hatch Accountants. It is based in Stratford-upon-Avon. Hatch has 26 accountants in its team and two other staff - while HCB has 210 people on its payroll, in 15 offices. Source: Legal Futures
