Turnover in the UK arm of US firm Edwards Wildman has fallen 10 per cent to £25.1m while profits available for distribution have gone down by 21 per cent to £7.6m.The accounts relate to the year ended 31 December 2013. The firm has seen five of its partners leave its corporate team this summer - and fellow US firm Cooley was rumoured to be negotiating with some of its partners as part of a plan to set up a London office this autumn.
