Two lawyers, recruited from other firms, will man the office. In the US the practice is known as Withers Bergman. Louis Mezzullo joins as a consulting partner from McKenna Long & Aldridge to be in charge of trusts and estates. M&A partner Nancy Yamaguchi has joined from Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel.
