Nabarro to offer fixed fees across litigation cases

London law firm Nabarro is to offer fixed fees for all litigation cases, made in monthly amounts - in a project managed by the partner leading the firm's research on the needs of general counsel.

Jonathan Warne, head of litigation, and his team will now estimate the full cost at the outset. The firm accepts that it will lose out financially in cases which go on longer than expected or which develop unexpected complications.
