Last year’s top performer, Clifford Chance, fell back six places. A&O’s domination of the tables is so strong this year that it accounts for nearly a quarter of the US$399.5b deals handled by the top ten law firms. Latham & Watkins comes second this year (US$45.9b). Allens comes third. Two Nigerian firms have entered the top twenty this year - Olaniwun Ajayi and Banwo & Ighodalo. Source: The Lawyer
