Andrea Hill is an accomplished corporate and securities lawyer focused on M&A and financing transactions. With over a decade of experience and nearly 10 years at SkyLaw, her advice combines her Bay Street legal training with a hospitality-style client service mindset. She guides clients through all aspects of domestic and cross-border deals, including acquisitions and divestitures, equity and debt financings, and corporate restructurings.
