Priya Ratti

Priya Ratti is a senior corporate and securities lawyer with nearly a decade of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. Since joining the SkyLaw team back in 2017, her practice has been characterized by a high degree of organization and efficiency, enabling her to bring clarity and precision to complex transactional matters. She is committed to producing work of the highest quality and to maintaining clear, thoughtful communication with clients. In addition to her legal practice, Priya leads SkyCounsel, SkyLaw’s innovative practice support platform for independent legal professionals. Prior to joining the firm, she founded and successfully operated her own legal practice, advising clients on a broad range of civil litigation and corporate law matters. While earning her law degree at the University of Ottawa, Priya co-founded Canada’s first national, bilingual, student-run business law clinic, providing pro bono legal services to entrepreneurs and start-ups.
