Fanny is part of the Liedekerke Competition/EU Law & Foreign Investment practice. She assists clients on all facets of FDI matters, guiding them throughout the entire notification process. She also advises clients on all aspects of competition law with particular expertise in complex merger control, state aid and abuse of dominant position cases. Prior to joining Liedekerke, she worked as a BlueBook trainee at the European Commission (DG COMP). Fanny holds a master’s in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2019, cum laude) and an LLM in European Law focusing on competition law from Tilburg University (2021, cum laude). Fanny’s native language is French, and she is fluent in English. Fanny joined Liedekerke in 2022.
