Vincent Mussche

Vincent’s practice focuses on foreign investment screening and EU/Belgian competition law. Vincent has unrivalled expertise in the area of foreign investment screening and has been involved in major FDI notifications before the Interfederal Screening Commission since the start of its activities in July 2023. Vincent started his career in 2004 as a trainee at the European Commission and the Belgian Competition Authority. He subsequently worked at two international law firms and also acquired significant in-house experience as antitrust counsel at two major multinationals. In November 2025, Vincent won the Foreign Investment Control Lawyer in Belgium Client Choice Award 2026 by Lexology.
