Jessica Lee

Jessica Lee is a partner in Brown Rudnick’s Litigation and Arbitration practice group. Jess acts for both corporate and individual claimants and defendants in complex and high value commercial litigation with particular experience in civil fraud and asset recovery actions, many of which have also involved advising on freezing, proprietary, and disclosure injunctions. Jess was named a Next Generation Partner for civil fraud in The Legal 500 2024. Jess also acts on a range of commercial disputes including company and shareholder disputes, and cyber, crypto and blockchain matters. Her practice in the crypto space includes asset recovery actions, shareholder disputes, litigation arising from large crypto exchange insolvencies and claims arising from decentralised finance protocols, as well as advising on risk management, compliance and regulatory issues.
