Nikhilesh Koundinya is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at Solomon & Co. He advises on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, and other adjudicating authorities. He also contributes articles on commercial law and dispute resolution to the firm’s publications.
