Saumya Brajmohan is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice at Solomon & Co., with extensive experience in arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, and insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings. She regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Debt Recovery Tribunals, arbitral tribunals, and other judicial fora in India and abroad. Her practice spans high-stakes commercial disputes, shareholder and insolvency matters, enforcement of arbitral awards, and complex real estate and private client disputes. Saumya has advised both domestic and international clients, including financial institutions and multinational corporations, and is frequently sought after for her strategic approach to contentious matters. She is also a regular contributor to leading media publications on developments in litigation and insolvency law.
