Rahul Basantani is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice at Solomon & Co. His work covers arbitration, real estate disputes, and commercial litigation. He regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Courts, NCLT, DRTs, consumer forums, and RERA, and advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters including arbitrations, writs, and consumer disputes.
