Shuaijie joined HHP in 2015 upon his graduation from the Law School of Nanjing University. He provides a wide and full range of legal services for both foreign and domestic clients in various sectors, mainly equipment manufacturing, chemical, food & beverage, cosmetics, international trade, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, real estate, engineering, banking, privately offered funds, financial lease, sports and so on. His main practice areas include Corporate and M&A, Data compliance, Construction and related contentious legal services. Shuaijie has been ranked as a Rising Star by the Legal 500.
