Simon is Partner and qualified English Barrister and Jersey Advocate. Simon has over 25 years practical courtroom experience. He undertakes work which spans a number of diverse areas of law, including; contentious trusts litigation, commercial litigation, family & matrimonial law as well as employment law and public law. He is also skilled in the handling of cases with an international aspect, including; asset tracing and international legal assistance.
