Arthur Cox leads Irish firms on state work

Arthur Cox has earned €6m in legal fees from government departments since 2011, nearly six times as much as fellow Big Five firms which has brought in €1.1m.

Nearly all of the fees paid to Arthur Cox, €5.9m come from the Ministry of Finance. The figures come from a review of professional fees paid by seven government departments and 14 state agencies since the present government took office. Mason Hayes + Curran has earnt €0.6m and McCann Fitzgerald brought in about €36,000. Source: Irish Independent.
