Ashurst loses corporate head to A&O

Stephen Lloyd, global head of Ashurst, has stood down from the Ashursts partnership and looks likely to join Allen & Overy.

Partners at A&O have still to approve his arrival but they seem likely to say yes. One corporate partner told Legal Business: 'It's not final, but it's very likely. We are pretty excited about him joining. He is a really good operational lawyer and a good cultural fit.' Source: Legal Business
