The legal department of Bovis Homes is to be outsourced. Law firm Davies & Partners will take on the 25 lawyer team after it won the work from the property company. The company already uses the law firm for a range of services and will now allocate most of its work to the partnership. Earlier this year, it appointed Linklaters was appointed as its adviser on a potential takeover offer.
