Browne Jacobson signs deal with Chinese law firm

The UK law firm has linked up with South China's Guanghe to collaborate on a number of projects.

UK law firm Browne Jacobson has signed a deal with one of Southern China's largest law firms. The firm has linked up with Shenzhen headquartered Guanghe Law Firm. The two firms will provide a more integrated service offering and will share information and knowledge in areas such as intellectual property and brands, immigration, corporate and property, environmental, corporate finance and technology.

Not exclusive

Guanghe Law Firm has over 600 lawyers and operates in 13 areas in China. It offers services in securities, corporate and finance, litigation/arbitration, commercial transactions, construction and real estate, intellectual property, entertainment, labour and employment, taxation and international transactions. The deal is not exclusive.
