CMS will have international revenues of about €900m through a network of 57 offices and a team of 830 partners and 5,600 employees when the transaction goes through on 1 May. A statement from the practice says: 'Both CMS and Dundas & Wilson have leading and complementary energy and financial institutions practices and together the combined firm will have an even stronger offering in the two sectors.'
