She was the company secretary to a company whose managing director, Yang Yin, is accused of having manipulated a rich elderly lady into giving him power of attorney. The woman has Sing$40m (£19.5m) of assets, and Yang Yin and his family are now living in her home. The Family Court is now debating whether she has the mental capacity to revoke the power of attorney she gave the former tour guide from Beijing.
