Dershowitz slams accusations as judge throws out sex case against him

Professor Alan Dershowitz, criminal defender of Claus von Bulow, Patty Hearst and many others, will not face underage sex charges, after a Florida judge threw out cases against him and Prince Andrew as being irrelevant to the main case being tried.

Judge Kenneth Marra is presiding over a case of underage sex against investment banker billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, a friend of Prince Andrew. After the case against him was thrown out, the Harvard Law Professor said: 'I hope that people will now understand that they were completely false and made up, and, nobody should believe them.'
