Compilers of the list, Acritas, is warning that the US-based law firm will have to work hard to stay ahead of a group of 'rapid risers'. These include DLA Piper, King & Wood Mallesons and K&L Gates. 'Baker & McKenzie has this year, for the first time, dropped back slightly in terms of numbers,' said Sarah Chisman-Duffy, head of Acritas Asia-Pacific, as quoted in Lawyers Weekly. She continued: 'Challenger firms could knock out the top firms ... it is entirely feasible that the market will continue to reshape.'
