The firm's San Diego practice opened in 2013 and has rented offices to accomodate 40 members of staff whilst the Düsseldorf practice, which opened at the beginning of 2014, has rented premises with capacity for 17 staff. The Düsseldorf team was responsible for the preparation of German actions in the litigation filed by EIP in March 2014 on behalf of Unwired Planet International Limited, in Germany and the UK against Google, Huawei, Samsung and HTC.
