Alan Murphy goes global

The firm voted unanimously for the Irishman at Evershed’s international meeting in Stockholm. He replaces current Chair David Gray who is retiring from the law firm.
Mr Murphy, who will remain as managing partner in Ireland and continue fee-earning, said he was ‘honoured to have been appointed as Chairman for EIL and look forward to building on David’s legacy, ensuing cohesion across all our offices and following the firm’s strategy to deliver innovative, high quality work and collaborative client relationships across the world in an ever changing global legal sector.’
