Mr Streeter who was senior legal counsel in the UK for Dong Energy before joining CMS comes with a wealth of energy expertise having advised on more than 20 offshore wind farm projects as well as a large number of onshore wind farm projects across Europe.
Expertise
He has particular experience in drafting and negotiating turbine supply and service and availability agreements, as well as negotiating various balance of plant contracts with a wide number of suppliers in the onshore and offshore renewables supply chain. Mr Streeter also advises on a broad range of initiatives in the renewables sector including long term operation and maintenance agreements, OFTO strategy, reducing the cost of energy, and increasing local content.
