Stehlin & Associes, an independent commercial law firm with around thirty lawyers, and BDA, Bordeaux's leading law firm, have signed a partnership agreement to strengthen and complement their expertise and geographical spread to service clients in French and internationally.

New stage

Stehlin & Associates, which turns 30 this year, advises large companies, financial institutions and investment funds on business and investment operations. Since the beginning, the firm has adopted an international approach, including cross border issues in Asia an West Africa. BDA, created in 2010 by Didier Brezillon, who had previously worked for large international organizations, has six lawyers who working in local and regional markets.
