The buildings – located at Bernburger Straße and Taubenstraße – were purchased by Colleo Zweite Immobilien and Colleo Dritte Immobilien in a deal that closed at the end of last month.
The Marcuss team included partner Antje Luke; Colleo Zweite Immobilien and Colleo Dritte Immobilien were represented by Corvis Immobilien Management, a family office, and Christian Klöver from Alpmann Fröhlich law firm.
