UK law firm HFW has formalised an alliance with Rahayu & Partners in Jakarta. The firm was founded by Sri Rahayu (Ayu), who will become a partner at HFW. He will work closely with Haydn Dare, who is based in Jakarta, and and Singapore-based partner Brian Gordon. The combination will provide services across a range of areas form aerospace, commodities and shipping to banking, finance and capital markets as well as commercial and litigation.
