Charles Gibbs says that his pay should be governed by an agreement made in 2002 and not by two subsequent agreements which did not cover him. Michael Chapman, general counsel for the firm, said in a statement: ‘Mr. Gibbs’ compensation has been determined on an annual basis in full accordance with our partnership agreement. He has chosen to ignore the terms of our agreement and to bring an inappropriate suit. We will vigorously defend these claims.’ Source: ABA
