He is due to hear his punishment within 30 days. At one stage the sum in the trust account he operated fell to such a low level that cheques drawn on the account bounced. He told the Missouri Supreme Court's Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel: 'I did not do as good of a job as I should have done. I'm not running from that.'
