US District Judge Carl Barbier had said at a previous hearing that the three - Lionel Sutton III, Jonathan Andry and Glen Lerner - had acted unethically. He has now said that New Orleans-based Mr Andry and Mr Lerner are not to be paid for the work they have done on handing claims. He has ordered that complaints be filed in the locations where Mr Lerner is based, in Nevada and Louisiana.
Continue to fight
Jonathan Andry posted a notice on the site of his law firm, the Andry Law Group. It said: 'I work diligently and responsibly to help my clients get their claims paid. I will continue to fight for your right to be paid the money you are entitled to as a result of this horrible and irresponsible disaster. I will fight equally hard to restore the reputational damage caused by the wrongful accusations leveled against me.' Source: ABA
