Linklaters loses private equity leaders to White & Case
Linklaters is losing the two partners who run its private equity team, Ian Bagshaw and Richard Youle, after a combined 13 years of partnership, to White & Case.

The two will move across to the White & Case London office at the start of January. Mr Bagshaw has acted for Rhone Capital, Triton, 3i Group and Bridgepoint. Mr Youcle's clients include CapVest, Oaktree Capital, Montagu, Terra Firma and HgCapital. White & Case M&A partner Jan Matejcek told Legal Week: 'London is increasingly emerging as the hub for private equity transactions throughout EMEA.'
